Got a call earlier today from someone pretending to be with BT, saying there was an issue with my router. When I told them I knew it was a scam and asked for their IP address, they lost their temper and started by threatening to stab me twice more! On top of that, they insulted me by saying I had a huge nose. Such a bizarre and nasty experience!
