the caller ID said it was from S & R Kelly & Sons but it was actually someone abroad pretending to work for O2. they kept trying to get me to sign up for a cheaper plan. for over three minutes they asked for stuff like my email and full name, even though they should have already known that. felt like a total scam to me.
