Got a call from this number on my landline, some woman called Alison with a really thick Asian accent and you could hear a load of background noise like a call centre. She claimed to be from BT Openreach, saying my server wasn’t hitting full fibre speeds. I asked her why BT should even care since my fibre provider is different. She stuttered like she wasn’t expecting that and seemed to glance off her screen before trying to stick to the script. When I questioned her again about why BT was bothering me with this, she just ended the call. Very strange.
