Received multiple calls today from someone claiming to be with O2, but I must say, their tone struck me as rather suspicious. It felt as though they were simply reciting lines rather than engaging in a genuine conversation.

Got a call on my mobile from someone claiming to be with O2, said something like "Good afternoon, this is... uh, I didn’t quite catch the name... from O2. How are you, ma'am?" Sounded like an Indian accent. I just ended the call straight away. Sounded dodgy, maybe a scam.
