Honestly, I’m so tired of getting these calls. I never pick up anymore. If it’s something really urgent, they can just send a letter. I doubt they will though, probably just another scam or some dodgy phishing try.

I received a call from a robotic voice regarding issues I'd previously flagged with the housing officer. Sounds a bit dodgy to me, so I'm presuming it’s rubbish or some sort of spam.
