Received a call bright and early on the morning of Monday, the 10th of December 2018, at precisely 08:41. A woman with an Asian accent introduced herself as being from Outreach BT and went on to mention there were some issues with our landline related to the router. I responded by informing her that, to my knowledge, both our phone and broadband were functioning splendidly, showing no signs of trouble whatsoever. I assured her that if any problems did arise, I would reach out to our current provider to resolve them.
