I received a call earlier from someone with an Asian accent, but there was quite a bit of commotion in the background, making it difficult for me to decipher what he was saying. He mentioned something about a refund of £399.00, but I couldn’t make heads or tails of it. After I hung up, they rang me back right away, asking why I’d ended the conversation. Since then, I’ve had another couple of calls, one of which was from a withheld number, along with another from 02056614255 - which I’ve since learned has been flagged as a potential scam. Quite alarming, really!
