Like a few others have mentioned, I wouldn't put any faith in this number.

I tried calling back the number and as soon as I did, it asked for some sort of pin to connect to a conference call. No idea what that was about so I just ended the call. Since then, they haven’t rang me again.

I just received a phone call, but there was nobody on the other end - only some odd clicking sounds. Interestingly, it was from a number associated with Devon County Council. Quite peculiar, isn't it?
