I've been inundated with calls from the same lot, albeit using a variety of different numbers, and it's always the same old story about my computer or software. I've recently implemented a complimentary service from BT, which works wonders. When I receive one of these fraudulent calls, I simply answer and then dial 1572; that gets the call chucked straight into oblivion, and the number gets blocked from reaching me again. However, it does require a response from me to initiate the process. I sincerely hope that other BT customers who haven't yet adopted this system consider it, as it comes at no cost!

I've received several calls from this number, but whenever I pick up, all I hear is a robotic voice saying 'goodbye.' It sounds just like the automated messages I've encountered before, although I can guarantee it's not from BT.
