10 yearsReceived a rather peculiar call today. The chap on the other end claimed he was from Talk Talk and insisted on checking my internet and router settings. I promptly informed him that everything was functioning just fine. To my surprise, he mentioned my Talk Talk account number, which did raise an eyebrow or two. I reiterated that I had no issues with my internet connection, to which he countered that he hadn't implied there was a problem at all. That definitely set off alarm bells in my mind, and I told him straight that it sounded quite dodgy to me. I added that should I have any concerns, I’d reach out to Talk Talk directly myself.
