Each time I pick up within a couple of rings, there’s just silent air on the other end followed by that familiar tone indicating the call has ended. Even when I let it ring for a while before answering, it's the same frustrating response. Interestingly enough, this number seems keen on my landline, as it’s never bothered to ring my mobile phone.
