Try ringing the free number 08000126182 and ask for a refund. It might take ages to get through all the options on the menu, but when you finally get to an agent, make sure you tell them to cancel the services and block your number. Insist on a refund based on fair use. After that, you'll have to email [email protected] with the reference number the agent gives you.

I tried blocking this number but it just won’t work. I usually don’t pick up calls from unknown numbers because it's annoying, but occasionally I miss calls I actually want. So this time, I let it ring out without answering. Afterwards, I checked my missed calls, saved the number with a note to not answer, and hit the block option as well. But when I checked missed calls again, the number was still sitting there, unlike the others that disappear once blocked. Honestly, I’m not sure what’s going on or what will happen next.

Every so often, probably about once a month, I get this annoying call from someone telling me I’ve signed up for some games app and to text 'STOP' if I want to cancel. I reckon replying to that message might actually activate the subscription or something.
