I noticed a typo in their message, they wrote "credit cared" instead of "credit card" - definitely a scam.

I never actually got a call from this number, I was just trying to find Norton’s official contact info on their site. This number showed up when I was about to ring them but I wasn’t sure about one of the digits I’d noted down. Thought I’d search it here first to see if it’s linked to Norton. Seeing all the mixed reviews has made me second guess and I’m deciding not to call it after all.

Looked up Norton's number on Google to double check, ended up talking to an actual advisor who sorted me out with the info I wanted. Havent actually had any calls from them though, but my phone marked it as spam and scam so I just blocked and reported it anyway.

I got in touch with Norton because my laptop kept showing bogus pop-up warnings saying it was infected. After an hour on live chat, it was clear they couldn’t resolve my issue. They gave me the number 020 7616 5600 to call, which I did, but the person on the other end was quite rude, making me suspicious it was a scam. I’ve reported everything to Norton, but so far, no response back.

Got a call about renewing my Norton subscription today. Was a bit unexpected since I didn’t remember signing up for it again. Anyone else get this or is it just a scam? Feels a bit fishy to me.

Having issues with Norton and BT lately. They cut me off immediately as soon as I mentioned it being "scam week." Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Got a call that felt like one of those dodgy phone scams.

this isn’t some dodgy scam or anything, it’s actually Norton’s call centre here in the UK ringing about renewing your subscription.

so i got norton and wanted to set up my app info but kept hitting a block saying the card details and the uk as my country were wrong. it baffled me a bit. then i rang the number given in the app, 02075165600, went through their robot voice and they claimed they found my email and would send a link soon. they even asked me to confirm my email address but i stopped them right there after seeing loads of people warning it might be a scam in reviews. smells fishy to me.

I just spoke to Norton through their live chat and they told me this number isn't connected to them at all - it's definitely a scam.

Im honestly quite rattled. This number was apparently linked to my Norton account since I can’t use safe search - it’s blocked due to some cookie consent through One Trust. I got pretty wary and wanted to speak to someone, but got too nervous to call, so I decided to look it up here first. Couldn’t believe what I found out, but I'm really relieved I checked. Now I’m not sure what my next move should be.

Not sure what to think here. I’ve been getting calls and texts saying my internet security subscription won’t renew on its own. This site flagged some of those numbers as suspicious. One of the numbers came in an email telling me to ring because apparently my renewal didn’t go through and it’d expire otherwise. Feels dodgy since this number popped up the same day as the other messages marked as scams, plus my actual renewal isn't due for over a month (I’ve double checked).

I got this number from an online chat, thinking it was connected to Norton stuff. It was supposed to be Norton LifeLock for tech support. My computer’s been acting up, barely working anymore. These guys come in, ask if they can check everything on my computer, then say it’s fixed the next day. But when I turn it back on, it’s messed up all over again. The chat told me to give this number a ring: +44 (0)20 7616 5600. An English voice answered, said it was Norton LifeLock, but then I got transferred to somewhere outside the UK with a lot of crackling on the line. So I’m not sure what this number really is, and I felt I should report it.

I recently got a call from the number +1800-745-6034, and they left a voicemail claiming they were from Norton. They urged me to call back at 020276165600, mentioning that there was an issue with my Norton software. However, I checked and realised that the 020276165600 is a London-based number which I'm not familiar with. As a result, I decided against returning their call; it gives off strong vibes of a scam.

Got a call but honestly no clue who it was.

Received three calls during May; the first couple hung up almost immediately. Upon reviewing my phone bill, I discovered that the third call ended up costing me a staggering £4.95! I answered with a simple "hello" before they disconnected. After checking my statements, I noticed that bizarrely, it lasted for a whopping 1 hour and 45 minutes! Clearly, I need to invest in a call-blocking system.

Definitely not. It claims to be Norton’s web security.
