I told them to remove me from their list, but I just got added again, annoyingly. Most Android phones let you block numbers, and some landlines have that feature too. One thing I try now: if I pick up a call from an unfamiliar number, I just keep quiet instead of talking. Apparently, some scammers use voice-activated systems, so if you say something, they know you’re connected - best to stay silent and they usually hang up soon after.

Sounds like a scammer or phisher to me. They called to see if I was interested in online trading, but when I asked who they really were, they just hung up on me.

Got a call from what sounded like a call centre, but no one was on the other end and then it just disconnected. Proper annoying and maybe even something sketchy.
