Every time the phone starts ringing and I let it redirect to the voicemail, they hang up just as it's about to pick up. It's occurred multiple times now, quite frustrating really!

When I pick up the phone, they request to speak to Mrs., but if my husband takes the call, they switch it to Mr. They’re claiming we’re owed £5000 for an accident that occurred back in 2016, which is absolute nonsense. I've made it clear that I don’t want any more calls, yet they keep ringing. The person sounds like they’re from abroad, possibly a black gentleman, and honestly, their accent makes it rather tricky to follow what they’re saying. It’s becoming quite a nuisance, to say the least!
