3 yearsGot a call just after 6pm from someone who said they were Sebastian, working in the fraud team at Barclaycard. He wanted me to verify my details and mentioned that three transactions in Birmingham had been blocked. The bloke reckoned some fraudsters got into my account through an iPhone and insisted he needed to confirm I could still log in. He kept pushing me to sign into my account right away, trying a few times to get me to do it. When I told him I’d prefer to visit my local branch to sort it out, he just ended the call. Definitely a dodgy scam.SebastianBarclaycardBirmingham3 yearsThis person said they were from Barclays fraud dept, but I told them I don’t even have an account there and they just ended the call.Barclays4 yearsGot a call from 0207 574 3008 claiming he was with Barclays fraud dept.
