In the last few days, I’ve had this number ring me about half a dozen times. It’s some Asian lady, with all the typical call centre clatter you expect in the background, and the line keeps crackling. They keep going on about problems with my computer. Proper annoying, honestly.

I’ve received quite a few missed calls from this number, and when they finally managed to get through, it was the typical spiel about my computer being "compromised." I decided to humour the caller for a short while, but eventually, I revealed that I was well aware of their scam tactics and that my prolonging the conversation was costing him money. He then claimed I was the one footing the bill and urged me not to disconnect, as he allegedly earned from the call. He suggested that I check my bill at month's end for a charge. I strongly doubt that was anything but another ruse, so I swiftly ended the call.

The person on the other end was really rude and aggressive.

I received a rather suspicious phone call from some individuals claiming they had identified an issue with my computer. When I inquired how they had managed to uncover such a problem remotely, the caller promptly began to raise their voice. I casually mentioned that I had a background in IT, which seemed to infuriate them even more. They became increasingly aggressive, insisting that I was not telling the truth about my experience in the field. Do be cautious of this number - it’s best to avoid engaging with them altogether!

I got calls from this number all day, like from morning till evening, around 13 times. I finally picked up on the third ring and told them nicely to stop calling. But then they didn’t quit, kept ringing back every half hour or so. Proper annoying!
