Just got a ring from this number at about 5.21pm here in London. Picked up but there was silence for a bit, then someone with an Indian accent said the name Victor and cut off straight away. I've gone and blocked the number now. Feels like they wanted to keep me on the line for some reason, but I’m not quite sure what it was all about!
