Just got a call from this so called tech support company, they said they could help with my computer but it’s all a load of rubbish. They couldn’t even tell me who provides my internet! I spent ages chatting with them, like 20 minutes, pretending to need help but they never proved they knew anything. All those positive reviews up there are total nonsense. Definitely don’t trust or deal with these people.

I rang up about a problem with my Windows 10 and got to the customer service folks who then passed me on to a tech guy. He was really knowledgeable and sorted out my problem quick smart. Not just that, he also took the time to show me some tips on using Windows 10 better. He shared some handy advice on what to do and what to avoid to keep my PC running smoothly. Proper pleased with the support from you lot. Big thanks to the Just Dial Tech Team! Cheers and all the best.

A firm named Just Dial Tech rang me up claiming to be the people handling my computer’s software support. They got remote access and pointed out several services on my PC that had stopped, warning me it wasn’t secure. I double-checked with my internet provider and they confirmed it was indeed the support service I’m signed up for, as my insurance documents mention I’m supposed to get software support too. They genuinely helped improve my computer’s security, and now it’s running safely. I’ve even extended my contract with them. Cheers to Just Dial Tech!

Just got a call from someone claiming to be from the Just Dial tech support on 02075230121. They rang me a few months back too, using the same tacky story about my computer being ‘hacked by 6 different devices yesterday.’ Honestly, it’s like trusting a random stranger in a dark street - never a good idea to trust cold callers. You’ll end up wishing you hadn’t if you take them seriously.

I disregard any comments made below. These individuals have been extremely helpful in resolving my computer issues. I was experiencing numerous problems with my computer, to the point where PC World demanded £250 for a one-time fix. However, these individuals dedicated a significant amount of time to ensure that I wouldn't encounter any further problems with my computer. They have charged me £200 for their services, but I am thoroughly pleased with the service. Additionally, the service is valid for a generous 2-year period.

Got a call earlier today saying someone was trying to get into my computer. With all the dodgy stuff going on lately, I was quite wary but decided to give it a shot and followed the instructions from a guy named Johnathan. Turns out, there really was an issue with my PC. Not only did he sort out the problem, but he also gave my computer a good clean-up, and now it’s running super smooth. Honestly, glad they called me this morning.

This morning was really annoying as my laptop went crazy after that windows update. Luckily, a technician stepped in and sorted everything out perfectly. Now I can get into my google account without a hitch, plus he tidied up the whole computer for me. On top of that, he even took some time to show me how to use the computer better.

Chatted with an Asian bloke about 6 computers or something, sounded like the same old rubbish. Why doesn’t the law stop these annoying calls? It feels like such a nasty invasion of privacy. I reckon they're leaving fake positive reviews here too 'cause he had no clue about my provider. Watch out, they’re probably trying to get into your PC. Total SCAMMERS.

After checking, the lady was actually telling the truth - there was an issue with my computer. So I agreed to what she said. She fixed my computer and now it runs like brand new. Honestly, these folks are genuine and not scammers. Today I’ve learned that not every company is out to cheat you. Big thanks to the JustDialTech Team for your help. Much appreciated!

Got a call from an Asian woman claiming there were multiple network connections to my PC at a certain time, maybe from neighbours. She said she worked for Microsoft and Norton and even mentioned my email. When I asked her which computer she meant, she couldn’t reply properly. Then, when I requested an email with instructions instead of a callback when I’m at my computer, she just cut the call.

I recently received a call informing me that six other users were reportedly utilizing my Router. Immediately, suspicions arose, and I quickly dismissed the caller's claim as nonsense. Happened to me as well - looks like a classic scam! A guy with an Asian accent claimed my email got hacked and that 10 devices had connected to my computer through it. I’m not great with tech stuff, so it really freaked me out. He gave me an 0800 number and told me they were based in West Drayton, using the email justdialtech[###]. When I looked online, I found warnings about an Indian company pretending to be Microsoft. Then I checked the number he called from and came across this website with lots of similar experiences. Got a pretty annoying call from these guys today. Honestly, take some of the 'reviews' on this site with a bit of scepticism. There's one that says, 'I've been with Dial Tech for a year...' Yeah right! If that's true, why bother leaving a positive comment on Who Called Me? Surely you'd recognise the number! Then there's another one claiming, 'I'll be a Dial Tech customer for life...' Lifetime, really? Give me a break! If someone’s trying to fool a site like Who Called Me, they need to be a bit more clever than that.

Isn’t it odd how many positive reviews this number gets? I mean, who actually leaves good feedback about a company on a site meant for dodgy phone numbers? Maybe people just wanna show it’s a ‘trustworthy’ line. But you’ve gotta wonder - can’t those cold callers see these posts too? They’re probably keeping an eye on these sites.

Today, I encountered a similar situation where an Indian gentleman approached me with a spiel identical to what others were saying in online discussions. He was extremely insistent and claimed to be representing a company called DIALTECH. However, upon conducting some research, I discovered that DIALTECH exclusively works with businesses. Needless to say, I was highly doubtful and did not believe his claims, as I have dealt with several similar individuals in the past.

But when I told them I don’t even have an internet connection and wasn’t at a place with Wi-Fi that day, he didn’t seem bothered at all. Today I got a call from someone claiming there were six devices linked to my internet. I found it a bit suspicious since we just switched internet services yesterday. I told the caller I'd look into it before believing anything. He said he'd call again on Monday. Luckily, I stumbled upon this website which confirmed my suspicions that it's just a scam. It’s a relief to know I wasn’t imagining things. Also, the caller ID didn’t show a number, it was blocked. Cheers for the info!

Any idea who's ringing?

The comments here bear striking resemblance to one another. I received a call from an Asian man claiming that six (it's always six) other computers were using my internet service and offering his assistance in stopping them. Seeking some assurance, I asked if he could disclose the name of my internet service provider, but he was unable to do so. In an attempt to verify his legitimacy, I requested my computer's IP address since he purportedly had access to that information. Unfortunately, he was also unable to provide that. It is crucial that you keep these individuals away from your computer. Granting them remote access in order to "fix" the problem can have severe consequences, leaving your computer vulnerable to identity theft or even giving them control over your banking and personal information.

Had the same thing happen to me, a lot of the times its an Asian bloke or lady saying there’s six people on your wifi. They didnt even know my isp or what my IP address was. Seriously, never ever let these folks get remote access to your computer. It’s really risky!

Someone rang me claiming there were six new devices linked to my internet and tried to get me to let them take control of my computer. Odd thing is, they already had my x directory number and the alias I use - which only Norton should know since it’s just for managing my security plan with them. I’ve sent Norton a couple of emails asking how on earth they allowed this info to slip out, but no answer yet. Makes me wonder how many others who’ve had these scam calls also had their info stored by Norton.

The number 0207 523 0121 is from Uxbridge and it’s linked to a company called jusdialtech. I think it’s some sort of internet scam, even if they seem legit? Got a call from these people a moment ago. A bloke with a foreign accent said the same stuff others mentioned here. He asked if I could get on my computer so he could tell me how many devices were linked to my internet. I questioned where he got my number from, and he claimed I gave my info to their company. I told him that can’t be right cause I’ve never even heard of them. He said he’d ring me again tomorrow when I’m home with my computer. Definitely a scam!

Had a couple of calls like this, but I only ever picked up the first one as I was busy and just happened to answer. The bloke said he was from the Windows technical team, not Microsoft directly. I replied like this. Think about it, how many Windows PCs are there worldwide? Would Microsoft actually have a team constantly monitoring every single problem? Nah, he’s got nothing to do with Microsoft and isn’t here to help me in any way. If I’ve got PC issues, I’ll sort it local or find a techie I trust online. I would’ve gone on but he hung up halfway through. Number’s blocked now.

I keep receiving unwanted calls on my mobile phone, which has been quite frustrating for me. However, ever since I came across this website, I have made the decision not to answer any calls and let them go to voicemail. I kindly request your assistance in catching and putting an end to these persistent callers.

Received a call today at 9am on 14th September 2015. The situation was the same as before. Six new computers were connected to my network at 6:25pm the previous evening. A lady with an Asian accent claimed to be from Microsoft support. She called my mobile and mentioned my email address. She offered assistance with fixing the issues but required access to my computer. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to provide that at the moment. When I requested a callback number to verify her identity with my ISP, she abruptly ended the conversation. Fortunately, no damage was done.

I had a conversation with a gentleman who successfully repaired my computer. I am quite pleased that I had the opportunity to speak with him. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently received a phone call from a number informing me that 12 unauthorized individuals were on my computer last night. It was the typical scam, trying to trick me into granting them access to my computer so they could steal my personal information. I politely expressed my gratitude and mentioned that I would consult my tech expert to investigate the matter. In hindsight, I should have pretended to be a confused elderly lady and engaged them in a lengthy conversation, making it difficult for them to persist with their scam. Trust me, they would have given up before me!

Had a call from someone claiming to be Microsoft saying there were 6 devices on my network. Total rubbish. They even asked if I was using my neighbour's WiFi! I asked where they were calling from one more time, then they just ended the call. Bet the next thing was gonna be "let us get remote access to your computer". No way, mate. I’m not falling for that nonsense. Scammers, pure and simple!

I received a call last night at approximately 10.15pm. However, when I picked up the phone, there was no one on the other end. Shortly after, I heard a beep or click sound, followed by an automated voice bidding me farewell. It's worth noting that I have encountered similar calls in the past, but never from this particular number.

A woman called me earlier today and pointed out some problems I was having with my laptop. She managed to fix everything for me free of charge, and now it runs just like it did when I first bought it. Really pleased with how helpful she was.

I received a call from this number. It was around 5:35pm, but no one said anything on the other end. Interestingly, my friends have informed me that they have recently been receiving emails from my email address promoting get-rich-quick schemes. It seems that there could be a connection with other individuals who have received similar scam calls from this number.

Totally a scam. She told me some nonsense about 6 computers being linked to my home Wi-Fi last night. I knew it was dodgy, so I played along and said yeah, that's right. Then she just hung up on me.

Got a call from an Asian bloke claiming six computers were “hooked up” to my network around 6:45pm yesterday, doing dodgy stuff like nicking bank info. When I asked if he was from my internet provider, he said he worked for some company acting on their behalf. Definitely sounds like a scam. He even mentioned my email, but got it wrong. Told him to email me the details, curious if he actually will. What a con artist!

Got a call from some Asian bloke earlier, saying six computers hooked up to my network yesterday or summat. I kept asking him all sorts of stuff but he just wanted me to type in commands on my PC, saying it’d get fixed today. After a while, I twigged it was a scam. Told him he was talking rubbish and told him to jog on before I hung up!

Hey, I got a call earlier today and decided to give the service a go. They ended up being really useful, way more than I expected. Honestly, I think they’re genuine because they fixed some problems that my local tech wanted to charge me loads for without even explaining properly. I’m pretty happy with how things turned out. Getting in touch with them was simple, and the support was spot on. Big thumbs up from me! Cheers!

A bloke rang me earlier, sounded like he was from India. He claimed there were seven computers linked to my internet yesterday and offered to help. Creepy thing was, he already had my email and phone number. I told him I’d get back to him later since I was busy. The number he called from was +2075230121. I ended up ringing my network provider to check and they told me it definitely wasn’t them, even though the guy insisted he worked for them. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

The person who called actually knew my husband's name and our number, which isnt listed anywhere, and we hardly ever get cold calls. When I told them he wasnt around, they said theyd call again, so now we’re bracing ourselves for another ring.

I received a call from individuals of Asian descent who claimed that I was under cyber attack from six computers. These individuals are engaging in fraudulent activities, therefore it is advisable not to pay any heed to their claims.

I received a call today from an individual of Indian Asian descent, claiming that I have fallen victim to a hacking incident. It is important to be cautious and not trust such individuals. I recommend informing the police about this matter. The phone number used for the call was 02075230121. The caller had access to my full name and email address, and instructed me to turn on my computer. Naturally, I refrained from complying with their request. Be vigilant!

I recently got a call on my mobile from an Indian woman using the number mentioned above. She informed me that my home computer had been breached by six other computers. To my surprise, she knew my name and asked if any of my neighbors had access to my computer login. I attempted to inquire further and expressed my confusion about her claims, but suddenly the call got disconnected!

Got a call like this today too, they actually knew my name and my private number which I never share with anyone or any stores! They said they were from the Network Protections Centre. I didn’t say anything to prove who I was, just told them to take my number off their system. They’ve been ringing me loads over the past few weeks with missed calls.

I have been contacted by this number three times, with the caller informing me that my computer has been hacked. It was quite difficult to understand what the man was saying due to his Indian accent. He claimed that at least six individuals had hacked into my computer. I simply ended the call without engaging further. I highly recommend everyone to do the same.

I went through a pretty similar situation where they claimed to be from the network security team. This round, it was a woman calling, said her name was Rose Thomas! She asked me to visit a site [#]justdialtech[###] and gave me a phone number 800 0662164 plus an ID tag MS400482 to prove she was legit.

This guy sounded Asian. I played along for a bit, then kept telling him he was a total scammer and that the phone was being watched by the fraud police. He claimed he was recording me. So I kept asking his name and he said, “James Bold” before hanging up on me. These scammers are the worst!

Got a call from someone saying they were Windows support on 02075230121, telling me my computer was hacked by six people. They wanted to connect to my PC and claimed they'd show me how to fix it. They gave the number 08000662164 for Windows support and said their name was Mark.

Beware of a scammer who claims to be Mark from Windows Support and contacts you six times, emphasizing that you have been recently hacked. This individual then asks you to click on a link. Additionally, they provide the number 0800 0662164 for a supposed call back.

They ring me daily with some kind of windows scam. Best to just ignore or pick up and hang up quick. There should really be some law to stop these annoying calls.

Exactly like what others said here. Heard a foreign accent with loads of noise in the background. They’ve rung me many times but only answered once. I asked for their number so I could call back and check if it was legit. They tried to frighten me into paying and giving info. I told them I’d reported them to the proper fraud folks (which I actually did) and to stop bothering me. Really concerning how they got hold of my mobile and even knew my name and email.

A person from a call centre claimed that 6 computers were using my internet and even mentioned my e-mail. I asked what the call was about but didn’t get a clear response so I ended the call. I reckon these fake calls will only get worse now with the Windows 10 launch as an excuse.
