Quite odd, really.12 yearsI’ve been dealing with persistent calls from this number that have been quite troubling for my 82-year-old mum, who is living with dementia. During one of the calls, she handed the phone to my wife, and the caller was exceptionally foul-mouthed and hostile. I decided to ring them back myself, hoping for some clarity, but encountered the same kind of unpleasantness. They flat-out denied me any details about who they are or what company they're with and abruptly hung up on me.
