Absolute mug on the phone - some dodgy geezer! Told me to keep an open mind after I said no cheers, considering I’m in the finance sector myself. Then they just cut the line. Proper rude and clueless, not professional one bit. Who in their right mind would put money with these muppets???????????

I got a call from someone claiming to be with Heritage, saying they needed to speak to my husband because he'd apparently requested it. They mentioned it was about some sort of assets, but I wasn't really sure what it was all about.
