Reports on phone number 02075115226
11 yearsI've been having a right nuisance with these pesky phone calls. It all began with 02075115226, followed by a call from 0014178822923 at 11:48 in the morning. Then, at 12:26, another one arrived from 0203154841. I'm receiving these calls daily, and it’s driving me mad! TalkTalk promised to block 0215641644 for me, assuring me it wouldn't be able to ring through again. But wouldn’t you know it - the very next day, I’m inundated with 006427121102, and surprise, surprise, 0215641644 is back on the line as if the block was just a mere suggestion. On Tuesday, at 12:15pm, it was 02088053765, immediately followed by 0207511526 at 2:51pm, then another 006427121102 at 2:55pm, and yet again, 0215641644 at 5:17pm! The calls just kept coming: 02075115226 at 6:57pm and finally 02037019253. It’s incredibly frustrating. They seem to find it amusing when I express my annoyance-most of them sound Indian but have English names! What a farce!TalkTalk11 yearsI'm experiencing the same issue... the details they've got on us must be sourced solely from TalkTalk.TalkTalk11 yearsThis number 02075115226 keeps ringing me like 2 or 3 times every day, claiming it’s TalkTalk. I just ignore the calls now when this number pops up. They all talk with an Asian accent, could be scammers or frauds, although maybe it’s some innocent immigrant caught up in it. Not sure, but definitely feels dodgy.TalkTalk11 yearsOne time I did pick up when they rang, but nobody said anything back. I've noticed they've called a few times, since I tried calling back with 141 then the number, like just to check. When I did ring the number myself a couple of times with the 141 prefix, it played a message saying, “this number isn't accepting calls right now.” Strange really.11 yearsI once picked up when it rang but nobody spoke at the other end. They’ve obviously been calling other times too, cos I checked by putting 141 before their number. A few times when I tried calling back with 141, it just said something like, “This number isn’t accepting incoming calls right now.” Quite strange really.11 yearsAs a fellow retiree, I can certainly relate! I just ended my working life a fortnight ago, and in that brief span, I've been inundated with more than a dozen calls from this number, as well as another one, 006427121102. I must admit, I’ve found myself quite agitated after a rather threatening message suggesting they might pay me a visit. It baffles me how they’ve managed to dig up all my personal information. Reaching out to Talk Talk has proven utterly futile-absolutely no assistance whatsoever!11 yearsi keep gettin about ten calls daily from someone sayin they're from talktalk. even after I've told them to bugger off, the automated system just rings back right away. if this dont stop soon, i'm gonna have to change my phone number.TalkTalk11 yearsThis number keeps calling multiple times daily, yet no one responds when I answer. It’s become so bothersome that I've resorted to taking my phone off the hook just to enjoy a moment's peace!11 yearsNot too sure but I'm guessing these are TalkTalk scammers. I've been getting non stop calls, some show as private, others have an Indian area code. I rang TalkTalk and they confirmed it’s a scam. They said it’s about your router being infected with malware or something along those lines. TalkTalk have now set up some filters on my account so they can block certain numbers, private calls or just the last one that called me, depending on what’s going on. If you’re unsure, just tell them you’ll ring TalkTalk and hang up.TalkTalkIndia11 yearsI've been getting calls from this number on and off for the last three days, sometimes even twice a day. They claim to be from TalkTalk and ask me to switch on my computer. Since my son deals with all my computer stuff and he's an IT specialist, I’m certain there’s nothing wrong with it. I’ve told them this each time but they keep pushing me to do what they say. Honestly, the best option is just to not engage and hang up straight away. I believe the fraud team already knows about them, fingers crossed they’ll sort it out soon.TalkTalk11 yearskeep reporting those pesky calls to actionfraud, they’re keeping track of every number that’s been ringing you. this is a massive issue, and lots of people have got caught out by these scams. fingers crossed that by reporting this stuff, these fraudsters will get caught and punished properly soon. so definitely don’t ignore it - let actionfraud know what’s going on!Action Fraud11 yearsI’ve been plagued by calls from this number, 0215641644, and they claim to represent TalkTalk’s technical support. They insist I turn on my laptop during the call, yet when I attempt to return their calls, I get nowhere. After contacting TalkTalk directly, it’s clear they aren’t legit. I'm quite puzzled about how they've obtained my personal information, especially since I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service. It baffles me that they even have access to my TalkTalk account ID!TalkTalkTelephone Preference Service11 yearsThis Indian lady called me three times, even after I told her off right down the line, saying "Do not bother ringing again, you won't get anything from me with your scam." Sometimes it was a bloke though. They just keep calling and it really winds me up. I'm seriously thinking of getting one of those call blocker phones because they ring at all hours and even though my number’s unlisted, they somehow still manage to get hold of it.11 yearsKeeps ringing a few times each day, some bloke saying he’s from TalkTalk. Told him straight away I’m onto their little scam. Proper fed up with these annoying calls!TalkTalk11 yearsI've been receiving calls from this number nonstop for several days. They claim to be from TalkTalk, and after asking one chap to ring me at a later time, I was shocked to get a follow-up call from someone who introduced himself as the supervisor! How very frustrating! - number: 020 7511 5226TalkTalk11 yearsLately, I've been getting a couple of calls every day, some of which get quite rude when I confront them about lying, and then they just hang up. Since I’m not with TalkTalk anymore, my guess is their call centre might be passing around phone numbers of both current and former customers. The last caller used the number 02075115226, which isn’t hidden, so I figure I can't block it easily - is that right?TalkTalk11 yearsJust got a call myself today from some woman pretending to be from TalkTalk. I kept pressing her for what exactly was wrong and how she planned to sort it. She kept wanting me to switch on my computer. Seems odd to me, cos if there’s an internet issue, why would they need me to have a computer on? When I said I didn’t have one, she kinda gave up and hung about trying. Pretty sure it was a complete scam.TalkTalk11 yearsThis is just another one of the numerous digits employed by those "TalkTalk" con artists. I've come across a further five numbers associated with them. I'm not falling for their carefully rehearsed spiel, and they tend to disconnect quite quickly. Over the past month, I've received countless calls from these individuals, and what's alarming is that they already seem to know my name, meaning they're sourcing my details from somewhere dubious. I've already lodged complaints about three of the five numbers I have to the authorities for further scrutiny, but I fully expect they'll just find another number to ring from.11 yearsI’m absolutely fed up with this particular number that keeps ringing me up - it’s happened two or three times daily! They claim to represent Talk Talk and are after my personal information. When I refuse to divulge anything, they become quite nasty and it’s really unsettling. Any suggestions on how I can put an end to these bothersome calls?11 yearsOver the past day, I’ve gotten five calls from someone pretending to be from TalkTalk, trying to get into my computer. Definitely a scammer looking to trick me.TalkTalk11 yearsthis number keeps ringing me daily so i've just been ignoring it. the first time they said they were some tech support from talk talk trying to get access, so I just hung up straight away. later I visited talk talk's official site and they mentioned they could help block these kinds of calls but asked for my pin to sort it out. i didn’t feel comfortable giving that out, so I ended the call, still not sure if these folks are genuine or just scammers!TalkTalk11 yearsSome bloke with an Indian accent calling himself "Thomas" rang up saying he was gonna swap out my router and even give me £75. I just left him hanging for a bit, and eventually he got fed up and ended the call.Thomas11 yearsI got a call from someone saying they were with TalkTalk, but the line just went dead after that.
