If this is indeed the NHS, then what a pitiful display we have here. Even more troubling if it's affiliated with mental health services. I received a rather dodgy phone call that was quite difficult to decipher, with him casually dropping my name and his as well. He identified himself as Ash from "Sisters" - whatever that’s supposed to signify! He left a rather vague voicemail urging me to ring another number (020 3838 7850) but offered no clarity on the reasoning behind it. Upon conducting a search on Google Maps, the address points to Lordship Windows on Lordship Lane, Tottenham, situated along the A109. There seems to be two shops side by side, leading to a central entrance with an A and B labeled above. It's quite possible that someone is running a scheme from a flat within that building. I've fallen victim to scams in the past and would rather not endure that again. If this truly is affiliated with the NHS, then I implore you to improve your standards immediately.

I came here to double-check, so big thanks to everyone saying this is an NHS number. It's quite generic and you can't ring back directly. But if you're waiting for a call from any NHS dept, it’s best to call them back directly. It might be about vaccinations or something like that. I'm usually a bit wary about calling back since nowadays calls from anywhere in the world can show up as UK numbers. But if you’re not expecting anything from the NHS, I’d suggest getting in touch with your GP just to be sure. Sometimes it’s for flu or COVID jab appointments. Hopefully this helps!

I got a call from someone saying they were from Talking Therapy. The therapist moves around a lot, but I believe he's located in London which explains the NHS London number showing up. You can receive calls from that number, but if you try to ring back, it won’t go through because they don’t accept incoming calls on it. That’s probably why you hear that automated message.
