Got a call claiming to be from BT about an issue with my modem or something, they tried to get me to look at my screen and maybe download some software. I asked why they'd need me to do that, and the guy goes, “I'm not really an engineer.” I asked how he could tell if I was or not. He then tells me I’m wasting his time (quite the irony) and rudely told me to f*** off before cutting the line.
