9 yearsToday my mum got a call from a bloke saying someone tried to buy a laptop in Birmingham using her debit card. He wanted to know which bank and branch she was with, but she didn’t give him any info. He then mentioned that the person who tried to pay told the shop assistant he was her grandson. The guy spoke with an English accent, but he said our surname wrong, kinda like how those Indian call centres mess it up.
