These lot say they’re third party insolvency agents representing liquidators. They’re asking for cash to supposedly unlock money owed from a wine investment we made, which went bust. After chatting with the real liquidator, it turned out these people are fraudsters who would never request payment to release any funds. They even send out paperwork that looks really professional and believable. When we tried to arrange a face-to-face at their stated office, they said they don’t have any physical location. The director has stepped down from more than 50 companies. The firm they claim to be is called Barrowmore Investment Limited.
