I got a letter dated 20/11/21 claiming I was due a part of more than £300k because I was supposedly sold a dodgy policy for my satellite gear. It sounded fishy right away, so I had a look on Companies House and couldn’t find any firm by the name on the letter (Alsford Page & Gems). I’ve thrown the letter in the bin already.

I got a call from a number 02074560500 claiming to be from some satellite insurance company. I wanted to verify if this was legit, so I called back. Instead of a person, there was just an automated voice telling me I've dialled a wrong number. Seems dodgy to me.
