Got a call at 6.50am from a woman who sounded Indian, saying there was a serious virus on my computer and I had to sort it straight away. She said she'd help me fix it. There was lots of background noise, like a busy call centre. I asked, "What’s this about?" and she yelled, "Go to your computer, now!" I told her to stop messing and ended the call. Pretty sure it was some scam trying to get my personal info. Best to steer clear of this number.

Got a call from Jack who had a thick Asian accent, wanted to speak to me directly and insisted I answer three questions. When I asked where he got my number since I’m registered with TPS, he said it wasn’t important and just wanted yes or no answers. There was a lot of noise in the background and he cut off the call before explaining anything else. I’ve blocked the number now.

That bloke ‘Peter’ (not sure I buy that name) rang me up with a proper strong Asian accent, asking for me direct. I was like, ‘hold on, I’ll fetch him, you tosser’, then left it for about 10 minutes. Bit of a shame if his eyes, heart, lungs and all that could be put to better use somewhere else. Him and his annoying crew can do one.

Got a call earlier, the guy wanted me to answer a couple of questions. When I told him to remove me from their list, he just told me to "f*** off, you muppet"! Some bloke called himself "John Smith" and said good morning, even though it was way past lunchtime. He got my info all wrong and started asking how old I was. I told him that since he couldn’t even get my details right, I didn’t feel comfortable sharing anything. I also mentioned I’m on the TPS and that I’d report them if they kept calling. He said sorry, said he’d remove me from their list, and then we ended the call.

Sounds like a scam attempt to me. They started asking questions and somehow already knew my name, even though I'm on the no cold call list. When I told them they shouldn’t have my number, they just hung up straight away - clearly realising they couldn’t trick me!

Got a call today from some bloke wanting to ask me 4 questions, sounded like he might be of Indian background. He said he was from UK preferences or something like that. I received a call from this number today, and the person on the other end insisted they had to pose three personal queries. Naturally, I was a bit taken aback and asked for the purpose of the questions. Instead of clarifying, she just reiterated her opening line. I pressed her again, inquiring why these questions were necessary, to which she responded with the rather blunt "I NEED TO ASK THREE PERSONAL QUESTIONS." After repeating myself once more-curious as to her rationale-she abruptly terminated the call. How inconsiderate! Honestly, I’m left completely in the dark about what they were after!

I got a call from this number, and the person on the other end inquired if I was... When I pressed them for details, they simply wanted me to confirm my name. I told him that if he couldn't clarify the reason for calling, I wouldn't be revealing my identity. He then resorted to name-calling before hanging up on me! I attempted to ring the number again to report the incident, but it turns out the number doesn't seem to exist. Quite bizarre, if you ask me!
