Got a call from someone saying they were from Yorkshire Bank about a business account I don't actually have. The only thing I have with them is a club account. She wanted to do a customer feedback survey, but I told her I was too busy and ended the call. I've blocked the number since then.

they just keep ringing nonstop, honestly it's like harassment. the call actually went through our front desk. I ended up answering a few questions but it dragged on for over 20 minutes and I was meant to be working. then a mate popped in for a chat, so I had to end the annoying call quickly. when I hung up, the telemarketer had the cheek to say, "Can't they hang about outside your office till we finish?" my advice is just ignore it, you'll only regret picking up.
