Got a recorded call telling me it was a message from BT, saying my broadband and phone would be cut off if I didn’t press 1. Totally a scam! I went ahead and blocked the number using BT’s call blocker, but they just keep ringing from new numbers. It’s so frustrating because as long as these dodgy telecom companies keep renting out lines to scammers for cash, they’re never going to stop pestering folks like me.
