6 yearsGot a call from a lovely sounding lady with an Asian accent, really eager to check if we had a will in place. I told her straight that my wife’s seriously unwell and had just come out of hospital chaos - she sounded proper sorry about that. Tried asking her to speak a bit louder because I was struggling to catch what she said... had my knickers on my head for a laugh. Next thing, she just cut me off, which was a bit rude, especially as I was just getting into my silly Boris Johnson impression.
