I recently had a rather dubious experience with Sapphire Studios. They seem to be using Facebook as a means to track you down, claiming that they know some of your acquaintances. They’ll ring you up, going on about a ‘complimentary photoshoot’ that you supposedly had. It’s all very charming-until you realise that the initial makeover is indeed on the house, but by the end of it, they’re trying to coax you into splurging on the photographs, which turn out to be ridiculously pricey. In essence, it feels like a cunning ploy just to empty your pockets!
