I've been with EE for my internet for a while now, and this is like the 6th or 7th time I've got one of those calls. At first they said my internet would be off in an hour or something. The latest one was seriously scary, talking about "malicious hacking" and they even gave me some made-up "customer registration number". Just a heads up to be careful!

I picked up and there was just silence at the other end, which pretty much gave away it was one of those call centres dialing out without knowing who’s on the line. They only put someone through once you actually pick up. Needless to say, blocked now.

This bloke said he was from Microsoft, but he really didn't like it when I told him he was just some dodgy call centre. Then he got all mixed up and started being rude after I said I only use Google Chrome - well, Google’s Google and Microsoft’s a whole different thing, mate. What a muppet!

It’s ridiculous how nothing is being done to stop these idiots. You have to stop whatever you’re doing, pick up the phone, and it’s just some muppet who can’t even speak properly.

Got a call from a different number than the one from yesterday, but the caller ID showed the same name. I didn't pick up. Wonder if it's some kind of marketing or a survey?

I had a call from 02073947664, and I instantly knew it was a dodgy scam, so I told them to get lost.

Received a call from someone saying they were with the Microsoft tech team over in Reading. When I didn’t follow their instructions, the person on the phone started shouting and being really rude. Definitely a scam, best just ignore it!
