I have my suspicions that it was merely a ruse to extract information from unsuspecting folks. I put her on hold for a bit, and eventually, she hung up - clearly, it couldn’t have been that crucial!

Received a call from this number earlier today around 5:41 pm, but I was out at the time. Dodged yet another annoying nuisance call in what feels like the hundredth one today, so that’s a relief!

I received a call at precisely 7:37 in the evening on Monday, the 24th of November, 2014, while I was out and about. I checked my messages by dialling 1571 and was met with a notification from BT stating that a message had been recorded at 7:38 pm. After that, I was treated to a sequence of odd twin "beeps" - definitely not the type you'd get from a fax machine. Strangely enough, there was no spoken message left by the caller - perhaps they reconsidered their decision to leave one. The "beeps" were quite perplexing; I've never encountered anything like them before.
