My landline rang and an Asian man claimed he was from BT, asking about the number of internet gadgets I had and if I was experiencing any issues. I noticed he was munching on something while on the phone, which seemed odd for a BT rep, so I pointed it out and ended the call. Almost instantly, another man with a similar accent called back, saying he was the first caller's manager. I told him it was clearly a scam and wouldn’t continue the chat. Then he phoned again right away from a different number, 07871403383, asking why I had hung up. Total scam, no doubt about it.
