Honestly, it was just a customer service call nothing more.

Somebody rang claiming they were with Virgib Media, saying there was a problem with my router. They asked me to press certain buttons on my keyboard and said they'd put me through to a supervisor after. Seemed like they were trying to get into my computer or something. I just hung up straight away.
