I got a call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming to be from BT, saying she was from 18 Newgate Street in London. She told me my IP address was being used by others and asked me to turn on my computer so they could take a look. I just ended the call straight away.

I got a call from 02073565007, with a lady on the line claiming to be from BT's security team. She was an Asian woman who told me my internet was hacked and asked me to open a specific screen to fix it. As the chat went on, she got less and less professional, sounding totally clueless. I ended up hanging up because it was clear she was trying to scam me.
