Got a call off someone named Alan asking for whoever handles the electricity stuff. I had a feeling it was dodgy but played along a bit, asking ‘Alan about electricity?’ which sounded a bit off. Then he said he was from ‘5p utilities’, which struck me as a rubbish name. Told him we’re registered with the telephone preference service and asked for his details so I could report him. He just hung up! Haha. Watch out, my electricity contract ended way back in Sep 2019 and now I’m getting loads of calls from different firms all saying it’s time to renew!

I received a call from someone requesting to speak with the owner of the business, only to dive headfirst into a sales spiel regarding electricity rates. When I interrupted to inquire about the company they represented, they mentioned N-Power. I reminded the caller that we are registered with the Telephone Preference Service, so we shouldn’t be getting these unsolicited marketing calls. They wasted no time hanging up right after that!

I received a bothersome call earlier, with the person requesting to chat with the owner of the business (that's me). When I mentioned they weren't around, they abruptly ended the conversation. To top it off, they ignored my attempts to return the call. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

Received a rather bothersome call from some blokes who simply disconnected as soon as I picked up. Honestly, how discourteous! It’s really disheartening to have our time squandered like that, especially in the middle of a busy work shift. Quite frustrating, to say the least! 😠
