I got an email from Jonathan Banks, who claims to be a Recruitment Assistant for the Salvation Army in London, and honestly it was really rude and dismissive. He gave me incorrect details about my application, which was frustrating enough, but on top of that, I felt like he was discriminating against me because of my age and disability. When I rang, the person who picked up just stayed silent and left me hanging, expecting me to wait until they decided to speak - totally unprofessional and quite disrespectful.
