I got a call from 02073081210, a lady saying she was from Virgin tryin to give me a better deal. She had a really thick accent which made it hard to understand her. I told her I couldn’t verify she was legit Virgin so asked if she could just send me an email instead.

Got a call from 08001 836408 at about 11:35 this morning. It showed up on my phone but when I checked 1471, it said the number was actually 02073 081210. Whether it’s Virgin Media or someone else, if a call shows two different numbers, it’s got to be a SCAM for sure.

Got a call from this number claiming to be Virgin Media. I told them I wasn’t interested since I’ve been getting loads of spam calls lately pretending to be Virgin Media. They said they’re sending a new wi-fi hub and that it should arrive on 27 May, just plug it in when it comes. I’ll ring Virgin directly to make sure it’s legit.

They claim to be from Virgin Media but the person calling has a really strong Asian accent which makes it hard to catch what they’re saying. This is the second time they've called and they left a voicemail that was totally confusing.

They began ringing me yesterday and again today, but I just ignored the calls. I hardly use my phone and have saved all the people I know, so if no name shows up, I’m certain it’s some kind of spam. Usually, I’ll switch my phone off for a few days - I realise not everyone can do that - but it seems to do the trick because the calls stop by the time I turn it back on. It’s not a big deal for me since I prefer not to pick up numbers that aren’t already in my contacts.
