Today, I received a rather dubious call from an individual claiming to be from BT. They asserted that my broadband was under threat and insisted that I must grant them access to my computer if I wished to avoid losing my internet connection. I can assure you, this is no legitimate BT call-it's a scam through and through!

I got a call from this number telling me BT was trying to contact me about some illegal stuff online or on my phone and that my internet and phone would be cut off. I didn’t bother answering and later checked it out, turns out it’s actually a courier company with no connection to my phone provider at all.
