Got a call from 0905 31/5 today. When I picked up, there was that awkward pause and some odd noise in the background, which set off alarm bells straight away. The person claimed to be from Talk Talk, saying there was an issue with my computer - clearly a scam attempt to get access or something. I just hung up immediately.

I just wanted to add, my wife got a ring on her phone at 11:11 today from that exact 0905 number. Oddly enough, the bloke claimed he was calling from BT this time!

Some bloke called Dan claiming he was from IT support. I dunno who he was and he just rang up to say have a nice day or something. Didn't want to say where he was ringing from either, bit strange if you ask me.
