2 yearsMy landline rang at exactly 10:03am on 1st July 2024, and it was clearly a scam call, very much like others I've had from different numbers before. There was a recorded message, a woman’s voice, saying there were two dodgy purchases on "your card" - one with Amazon for about £300 and another from some financial company for £1100. They asked to press 1 to cancel the charges or 2 to talk to someone. I just quietly hung up and left the phone off the hook a bit, hoping to keep their line busy.
