We received a call from these individuals who actually mentioned our name, which was quite unsettling. They swiftly shifted the topic to Sky and our television services. The moment I inquired about the reason for their call, the person on the other end claimed it was regarding Sky. I then pointed out that since they had been asking for us specifically, it seemed odd, especially since we aren't the name listed on the bill. I firmly told them not to contact us again and promptly hung up. When we tried dialing their number back, it turned out to be unrecognised, which was incredibly frustrating.

1. Were they specific about what CSM represents? For instance, could it be Customer Sky Maintenance or something else? 2. Did you happen to note the town or any particular address where these individuals were located? Cheers!

I answered the call, but they hung up straight away. Tried calling the number back, but it couldn't be identified.

Cor blimey, these muppets dialled us seven times in just a couple of minutes! Right after the first ring, she was rabbiting on about our Sky package. I’m pretty sure she mentioned a company called CSM. We kept slamming the phone down, and eventually, we just unplugged the blimmin’ thing. What a bunch of cheeky sods! Best not to give them a sniff of any info, I reckon.

I ended up getting some rather odd messages.

I’ve called several times about our TV situation and made it clear that this isn’t the best moment for me, what with a recent loss in the family. Yet, they’ve persisted, being quite aggressive about it. I eventually had to hang up, but they called again, insisting I couldn’t just disconnect and that I needed to remain on the line for at least ten seconds! Who do they presume they are?
