Got a pre-recorded call saying it was BT, same old rubbish scam trying to get you to press a button to chat with some so-called "expert" who barely speaks English and is probably miles away. I’ve blocked that number straight away! If you want to annoy them, just hang up mentally but don’t press anything, leave the phone alone and after a bit it goes quiet and you hear some weird banging sounds, but the call still looks like it’s going. Total nonsense.
