As a receptionist, one must exercise caution when fielding calls from this company. Not long ago, I received a call from them where they inquired as to whom they were speaking with. Shortly thereafter, they dispatched a set of franking labels to our office. To be clear, we neither placed an order for these nor consented to their provision. They even had the audacity to state it was a verbal agreement on their form. It’s quite underhanded and completely unacceptable behaviour.

Exercise caution if you find yourself answering calls from this company. I received a call from them, during which they claimed to be taking care of our delivery labels. The thing is, we never placed any such order or consented to have these sent our way. They even noted on their paperwork that it was a verbal agreement, which is both misleading and quite frankly, dodgy. This whole situation feels very underhanded and is rather unacceptable.
