Received a call that claimed to be from O2, and they seemed to have every bit of my personal information at their disposal. They were quite insistent on prying for my card details, but when I firmly declined, the woman-who identified herself as Ella-became rather hostile and ultimately terminated the call. Dodgy business, if you ask me!
