Got a call from Germany today, number +49 7237 0401. Someone pretending to be from Amazon told me my account was about to be shut down unless I paid immediately. This happens to me all the time now, I get loads of these scam calls every single day, not only from "Amazon" though. It's really annoying!

got a robocall from someone saying they're from hmrc, said i had tax fraud issues and to hit 1 to talk to “hmrc office”. sounded dodgy to me.

For months now, I’ve been getting calls from this number like twice every day. I usually have an answerphone and let it pick up, but yesterday after I left a message, a woman actually spoke, just saying ‘hello’ like she was checking who it was. Honestly, this feels like pure harassment now.

Yesterday we got two calls, first around 12:18 but nobody spoke on the other end. Then later, about 12:56, someone rang up saying we were overpaying on our tv service and they could help us save a lot. We quickly told them to jog on and have since blocked the number.

I got a call from this number and when I picked up, there was a lot of noise like a busy call centre in the background but no one spoke when I said hello. Then suddenly, they just hung up straight away.
