Got calls from Imperial Wines two days running. Really stubborn lot. The guy kept pushing, wanting to know how much I knew about wines. I told him I wasn’t interested, but he just wouldn’t take the hint and I ended up hanging up. Then he rang back straight away. Today I asked him if he understood what “not interested” means, but he just carried on like nothing. I even asked if he was allowed to make cold calls like this, and he just said yeah, he was. Proper annoying!

I got a call from some woman claiming to be from Imperial wines. I told her right away that I'd just been called by probably the same place and asked them to take me off their list. Instead of apologising and backing off, she kept pushing, wanting to know why I didn’t want their calls. When I said I wanted to be removed, she got all aggressive and said she’d keep ringing me every day. So, I just blocked the number in the end.
