I received a call from a lady who had quite a pronounced accent, insisting there was a problem with my BT Internet connection. I kept clarifying that everything was operating just fine, but she abruptly terminated the call. It was rather chaotic on her end too; I could hear a flurry of commotion, as if she were in a bustling office surrounded by chatter.

Scammers at work! They keep ringing me up claiming there’s an issue with my internet. What a load of rubbish!

What an utter bother these spammy calls are! Do your best to put a stop to them if possible.

They were masquerading as BT, but it was evident they were just reciting from a script. I decided to give them the cold shoulder and, well, they ended up hanging up and cutting off the call. Classic case of someone not having a clue!

I let it ring for a fair while, and when it finally switched to voicemail, they just cut off. Such a waste of time!
